Exchange and Return Policy

1. No General Returns or Exchanges

Rasool Fabrics does not offer returns or exchanges for products, except under the conditions outlined below.

2. Conditions for Exchange

Exchanges are only possible under the following circumstances:

- Faulty or Damaged Items: The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect Products: The received product(s) differs from the original order.
- Missing Items: Any item, including price tags, labels, or original packaging, is missing from the package.

3. Time Frame and Procedure

- Time Frame: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the original order date.
- How to Request: Email pictures of the defective item and your order details to [email address] or call +92324 2263536 within 7 days after delivery to raise a dispute.
- Review and Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, our team will review the issue. If the dispute is resolved favourably, we will issue a replacement of the same value as the product on the invoice and ship it to the buyer's address.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with exchanges.

5. Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. RF Luxe Fabric

RF Luxe Fabric purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard Shipping (within Pakistan):

Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping (within Pakistan):

International Shipping:

Delivery Time: 7-14 business days.

Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

We collaborate with trusted courier service such as TCS to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your order.

4. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above PKR 6499 within Pakistan.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on the respective courier’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
